Shipping / Returns / Order Info
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped with USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50 before tax and after discount. To offer a better shipping experience and rates to our customers, orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Arizona.

International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. Blue Saint does not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Blue Saint does not reimburse these costs.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

Order Cancellations / Address Changes
We at Blue Saint work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.
Our current office hours are 10am-6pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.
Refunds + Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time.
Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. At this time, we are not able to refund orders/items that have not been marked as delivered to Blue Saint.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Blue Saint retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
If you are wanting to return a Blue Saint product that was given as a gift and you are unsure where the gifter made the purchase, please package the product(s) safely and ship them to the following address using the shipping method of your choice within 30 days of receiving the gift:

Please include a note in the package with your email address, otherwise the credit cannot be issued. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit.
Please obtain a record of sending the return. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please have the return posted within 10 days of reaching out, otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations. Tax is calculated according to Blue Saint's physical presence in a location.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
UNITED STATES LAW
Blue Saint operates the Site in the United States. Information contained on this Site may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to this Site from territories where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site or other Offerings from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent that, such local laws are applicable.
All software used on the Site or other Offerings is subject to U.S. export controls. No such software may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Burma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using any such software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Site or other Offerings to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction at any time.
CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
The laws of the United States, State of Arizona apply to this Agreement and will specifically not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable. Any dispute between you and us must be brought before state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, State of Arizona sixty (60) days after the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be forever barred. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts as discussed herein for any cause of action relating to or arising under this Agreement or the Site.
